Either 2 (x1 ea) of those:
    • Ogre Blood

Ogre Ring can be dropped from Ogres as well, or obtained by opening Soiled Ogre Ring, but you should be pretty lucky to obtain it in one of those 2 ways (I haven't since...I started to play). Realistic way of obtaining Ogre Ring is either via event, various boxes/chests (like those of Rift bosses) or buying it from the market.
Ogre Blood - just suck it off the dead Ogres using Fluid Collector, while you're at hunt for Soiled Ogre Ring (in case you have Soiled Ogre Ring and don't have the Ogre Blood - you can try to buy it from the market).
Ogre's Excrement can be bought from NPC Luke at Western Guard Camp (Balenos; Apprentice Lvl 2+).

Tips:
  • Complete the Goal to finish the quest. Goal can be completed by showing Deve (via Conversation) requested items (you'll keep your items, they'll not disappear).
  • After finishing the quest "Goal reward" will start glowing red - press on it via LMB to obtain permanent stats boost to all characters under your family name.
  • The list of available items is complete as of this post date, but there are quite a few additional items already planned to be added in the future, so it will become easier to complete this Encyclopedia. I don't plan to update this list when those additions will go live, as it will require me to keep checking it with each and every update, I'd rather spend that time on other guides.
