Ancient Spellbook can be obtained from the 3rd quest below.
Step 1: Interact with Forbidden Books (requires 50 Energy) to place Ancient Spellbook there, after 10 sec Blue Light will appear in the center.
Step 2: While the Blue Light is active you have to extinguish small blue flames (simply attack them), that will be spreading over the building, keep doing that until Blue Light disappears (Note: Small blue flames will quickly disappear after the spawn on their own, with Blue Light disappearing shortly after, even if you won't extinguish small flames, and that will count as failure; the best idea would be to use character with fast long-range attacks and stay near the Blue Light; blue flames can respawn on the same place, while previously extinguished flame is disappearing, so be cautious; you can get another Ancient Spellbook from either Zahad or Black Spirit for 50 Energy to try again).
Step 3: Interact with Capras' Memory to complete.

Zahad is a nocturnal NPC. Visit him with a character(s) that has(have) descent amount of Energy to complete his quest:
