I want to play in KR one to English patch, but it seems I cannot find any file available. Is there any way I can use the English patch on Black Desert online? I really want to play this but I am so frustrated right now since people don’t use KR server anymore and stopped updating..

I have moved your question to the appropriate place.
Right now on this forum there's no available EN patch for KR client. The main problem with KR client is that it uses different format, so even adapting translation made for other clients will be a huge pain, so there needs to be a dedicated person that would create patches for KR. Also there is a problem with patching KR client via Launcher, which I'm currently working on and it should be solved soon™ (depends on my free time, but I'm close, although I haven't heard anything from KR volunteers for quite a while, so IDK if that will cover everything required for KR patch).
The last person that tried creating KR patch was 100sual. You can ask him via PM if he succeeded and is posting it somewhere. Other than that - there was a paid EN patch for KR made by, let's call it, team close to Chinese client, I'm not sure if it's still out there.
