Probably old launcjer version. Update launcher if still problen return with more information on what yoir doing before getting error. How to install list is really helpfull

The old patch works with current game update. So use that untill i translate whats changed and cash shop items

where does it say? is it launcher or gamenet?
If gamenet checkl that stringtable folder is in live folder of your BDO, and its not stringtable/stringtable but stringtable/ru
