My Korean isn't great, but it's basically an event quest on RU server. You're asked to give 3 Mammol's Claws to the NPC that you've taken this quest from. Mammol is a Boss that should probably be found on the Balenos field, where the Sniping area is (+Horses place; South-West from Velia). Kill the Boss get the claws, sounds pretty straight forward

and it is RU-only event, as far as I'm aware, so it's not present in official EU/NA translation, or any other for that matter (since it's missing in LithStud's translation it's displayed in KR language instead of RU).
