Hello I am trying to extract raw data from JP client but the status on the launcher shows that as Unreadable
Perhaps Launcher doesnt work with latest JP client?
EDIT: my setting is v3/SF = 8000 and also using the latest ver of launcher

There is a change indeed, but don't worry - just go to BDO Patcher => Locate "Preferences" in menu and click "BDO Patcher settings" => scroll down and locate "JP Paz SF" - change its value to 0 then click OK and your issue is solved.
I'll change default value of this setting to 0 in the next Launcher version.
