Because after the update, the server loc file is the same, so the only way to use the "English Patch" is to use the Na server's loc file via your launcher or overwrite it to the "ads" folder after the "game launcher" ended, but still more inconvenience. Can you help me convert the JP server's loc file to txt, which will help me a lot. Thanks for your efforts so much. =D

Read the P.S. in my previous post above^.
You'll need to wait for a bit longer. I need to add additional GUI and few other things, before rolling out an update. After the Launcher update I'll explain step by step on what new buttons to press, so don't worry about that.

I will try to wait as you release new pactch, thanks.

I made a little batch file. This batch file is able to unpack and pack.
The file ".bss" perfectly opens in any text editor. I recommend using notepad ++

I used the dd.exe program to remove the first 4 bytes. And the program zdrop.exe, to unpack and pack.

And what prevents to use the ready instrument?
You need to use any hex editor. For example hxd or any other. Open the file and there delete the first 4 bytes, but you still need an unpacker \ packer. You can use zdrop.

I used the Hex Editor to remove the first 4 bytes, then extracted with zdrop and obtained a bss file. I tried opening it with Notepad ++ but still the encoding. It seems I have done something wrong.

As for the Japanese characters, then yes there is such a problem. English and Russian are well displayed, but Japanese characters are poorly displayed. I think that you need to select the correct encoding in a text editor, but it is possible that I am mistaken.

I've finally updated the development version to address this issue.
Since this issue was resolved - I'll close this thread. If you'll experience any issues not mentioned THERE - feel free to start a new issue thread.
If you'll have any question regarding the new functionality - you can always ask them in THAT thread, or via PM.
