Added SA forum section in "DoTA Games -> Black Desert -> Server specific".

That is indeed my account that I've setup as an example (actually it was mainly because Patreon require login with a valid Patreon account to view all available options how you can be linked, like seriously..., I hoped there would be better API to make those buttons more unique, but hey), still - don't use it for donations.
