There is an issue caused by some of the CloudFlare EU servers, it prevents some parts of the forum from loading properly. I've confirmed that forum can be loaded fast and properly outside of EU. I've flushed CloudFlare's cache, which will take some time to propagate. The issue is either caused by corrupted cache on their servers or by the undergoing maintenance of one of their feature, that should be completely irrelevant. I'm aware of the issue and will be working on resolving it.
Seems like cache flushing has solved the issue. If the issue still persists on your end - let me know.
