I wouldn't be so sure about PoE (at least before Lost Ark will be as customizable and versatile in character progression as PoE, if it ever will), but Diablo 3 will surely start to die if Lost Ark publisher will invest in ads.
But yeah this game and Lineage 3 will surely drain a lot of players from both PoE and Diablo 3.

Way too early to give any definite answer. Game does look interesting and most likely I'll check it out sometime in the future (not on KR server). Pretty much the same can be said in regards to patches - I haven't seen the client yet, which means that as of now I have no idea how they store localization files nor how to patch them.
