- Boss Brawl is a mode where it is progressed when teamed up with Boss Monsters. The side that takes the opponent’s Boss down collects the victory of the Match. It’s a level 61 exclusive content, and all the Character’s equipment as well as skills are taken along just as X Match. The feel of teaming up and fighting together with a Boss Monster you’ve always battled against as an objective! Allowing your Boss Monster to attack is also possible after slightly taking down the fleeing opponent’s player from your own Boss, thus a Joint Attack.
2. How to Participate
- Boss Brawl initiates through a common “set sail” from a dock!
- Please heed that only levels 61 and above are able to participate. A window pops up asking for your mode selection when clicked the Boss Brawl icon. Select the mode you wish to participate. Like existing matches, participating as a team is also available. However, don’t forget that it’s the Party Leader’s job to register for participation.
3. Boss Brawl Modes
- There are 2 types of Boss Brawl modes.
* Single Brawl
- A brawl will progress after it’s randomly selected a Boss amongst other
listed Boss Monsters. Bosses selected to each team will be unknown
until the start of the brawl.
* Triple Brawl
- The order of 3 types of Bosses can be decided on your own. It’s a system
where the next boss appears when the first boss has been taken down.
Like the image below, boss monsters and their order of appearance are
selectable.
- As each and every boss possesses different attributes, qualities, specialties, features, etc., appropriate strategies and tactics are recommended. I recommend, however, the strategy of dividing up roles within the team. The popular trend within Korean servers is by taking up the enemy’s boss with attack specialists amongst your team while at the same time defending your own boss with the remaining team members.
4. Monster Assist & Boss Level-Up
- In Boss Brawl 2 special elements are included.
* Monster Assist
- A boss monster suddenly boards in into the Boss Brawl! However fortunately, it’s on your side. As it is summoned, it interrupts the flow of the battle by appearing on stage attacking the opponent’s players and boss, then disappears like shadow. The scroll to summon these bosses is purchasable through the store with the ‘Seal of Dual.’
* Boss Level-Up
- In Boss Brawl, bosses level-up. They can get stronger by killing enemy players, and even gains stamina when it levels up to the max. It is important to take down the opponent’s boss, however, is also important to keep the opponent’s boss from leveling up.
5. Rank Assessment & Reward
- Since a new match is in town, a new reward is presented as well!
* Reward: Seal of Dual
- Rewards are distributed to the winning team according to each winning player’s personal kill/death ratio, damage result, etc. Each member of the lost team is rewarded as well. For Triple Brawls, more seals are obtainable than Single Brawls.
* Seal Item
- With this seal, new items can be purchased through the Seal Store. Boss Brawl exclusive Monster Assist items as well as buff items that can be used within battles and towns are prepared.
