[Notice] End of Support for Windows 7 and DirectX 9

Unofficial note: This news is a complete bs, it is a clear case of PA's right hand not knowing what the left one does. They've already ended support for Dx11, without notice, not just Dx9, which effectively killed support of all OSes that don't support Dx12, not just the Win7. To be fair - I don't check it after each and every update, and I don't want to waste time rechecking it again, just for this piece of news, as I don't have a ready-to-go available setup for this, so technically it's possible that they've rolled back the change in order to fix the introduced issues, with some of the updates, but even if so - PA was already silently killing support for Win7 and 8, not just 7, even prior to that, so it totally makes no sense to post about it like this, when you artificially (not even technically, as with Direct X case) kill support for Windows OSes older than Windows 8.1, for no reason.
For the above^ reasons, I'll be ignoring further misleading news about this topic, unless they correct themselves and state the actual state of things.
