No official changes. If you were living under the rock - all servers moved to 2-week cycles for the content update, so this won't be that rare now.
Unofficial: added various items for event(s) and probably cash shop as well (Premium Package (20d), Blessing of Kamasilve (20d), etc.). Basically nothing interesting.
If you thought about Barbarian's Crack pre-update, then we got a lot of stuff related to it long time ago with a bunch of updates, so on the release date we will get some corrections and changes for the most part (probably it will be of a descent size anyway).
