Previously mentioned changes can be found here, and implementation of some of those there.

Here are some of the upcoming changes announced by Pearl Abyss (devs of Black Desert):

-More fascinating "Dine" fantasy horse (This one is already implemented in JP)
Although "Dine" fantasy horse has a beautiful appearance, compared to "Aduahnott" which has an attractive ability of gliding, it was somewhat unpopular.
Even though that we changed "Dine" specification several times, we still could not reach the level that you are seeking for.
It was a difficult situation, as how to give some charm to "Dine", like the gliding ability gives to "Aduahnott".
So, as a result of deliberation, taking advantage of the "Dine" characteristics, that brings healing to the earth, we improved it so that various skills can be used even in the desert area.
This will help adventurers with the main hunting ground in the desert area and adventurers who are participating in the Node/Castle war.

-More potential for enhancement
Fail stacking was originally introduced as a bonus for doing enhancement.
However, in this days many adventurers fail stack in a preparation for successful enhancement of the targeted equipment.
Therefore, intentionally failing the enhancement of equipment, such as Reblath, in order to ensure the upcoming enhancement success chance, has become a mainstream among all adventurers.
To be honest, "enhancement price reduction" was a play style that we did not anticipate at the development stage.
Considering that it plays a leading role in the enhancement success for many adventurers, we did not dare to change it.
However, when the enhancement value reaches +15 it enters the stage of enhancement such as I/II/etc., so people intentionally created characters with negative Karma to get deliberately killed by a security guard, in order to drop the enhancement value for the "enhancement price reduction" goal, and I think that it was a stress for many adventurers.
We are aware of this "enhancement price reduction" play style.
Therefore, in the future updates, we are planning to add the possibility of lowering equipment enhancement, through the priests NPCs placed in each village.
It will be possible to lower the enhancement value of equipment relatively easily, so that there will be no need to perform the "enhancement price reduction" work.

-Function to check warehouse of other villages
Occasionally we receive inquiries like "This item is gone".
Since each town and village have their own warehouse, where you can store many items, there are a lot of adventurers who forget in which village they stored some item.
Therefore, in order to solve this inconvenience in the future update, we are preparing to add the function to check all warehouses at once.
Specifically, when you open a warehouse in a certain village - warehouse menu is displayed on the left side, and we plan to add function that will allow you to see other warehouses.
Also you will be able to transport items at the same time.

-Node/Castle war optimization
Since more and more adventurers start playing the game, the amount of data processing on the server has also increased.
Node/Castle war is one of the big contents in "Black Desert", and when many guilds gather for war there is also a related increase in data processing.
As a result of monitoring to improve this situation, we found unnecessary packets used at Node/Castle war, so we have done some optimization to minimize packet usage.
With this optimization, even in places where many adventurers gather, it is expected that players will be able to play in a relatively more comfortable state than before.
We will continue to monitor Node/Castle wars and improve it in the future, to make a wonderful and comfortable battles.

Of course there are many changes other than those above.
