This is actually a bug, not sure if our GMs are aware of it, but, as far as I know, devs are. This bug isn't specific to our server. Most likely it will be fixed during 24.10 maintenance. As of now the only way to turn it off is to change Graphics quality from Remastered to VERY HIGH or lower quality.
