I wonder how awful it's going to be. I don't think that it will be extremely terrible here in JP, but I don't expect to be able to take full rotation on myself during those periods, it's probably going to be way worse in KR

Where do you plan to go during the event? What areas you think will be best?

I'm not even sure if I'll be online during those periods, not the best timing on those (sometimes I can't find the time even for the daily EXP buff, that can be used at any time during the day, so it's hard to say). I'll try to catch at least an hour or two of that event, and I'll go to the nearest mediocre EXP area, from wherever my character will be at that time.
I'll recommend anything, except the most popular spots (e.g. Gahaz, Crescent, Desert Fogans aka Titium Valley, etc.). You might think that everyone thinks like that, so no one will go there, but the smartest ones that thought of everyone thinking about what everyone thinks... but in reality not everyone is going to over-complicate things and will simply go to the usual suitable EXP-farming area. I expect some players to raise their alts during those periods as well. Basically a mediocre EXP areas with low-mediocre silver income should be the safest bet IMO, which will differ depending on your class, gear and lvl. Alternatively, if you can gather overgeared party, you could try to overfarm endgame spots like Gaipilashya.
