Weapons exchange tickets change
Short summary: Weapons exchange tickets will be usable to exchange weapons for the new class only after 30 days of its initial release date. Everyone who already bought tickets from cash shop in preparation for Shai (starting from 2019.06.08) can either wait 30 days after its release or return them back for pearls (You can apply for return until 2019.06.26 Maintenance).

Premium was removed from marketplace?

Yes, temporarily. GMs have partially explained it in the Changes => Bug fixes tab. There was an issue that Premium Package applied additional Pallets of Merv effect (most likely related to difference in effects on different servers and global updates shenanigans), so devs added another Premium Package (15d) item and replaced all of the old ones with the new ones, but it seems like they forgot to update the item ID in the market's database, and so the new package doesn't appear on the market. No idea if they plan to change item's ID or copypasta related data to the new one instead (Cumulative Trades, Price, etc.) or just turn it on for sale and start from scratch (most likely one of the 2 previous options, not this one), but they plan to do so during the next maintenance (most likely they meant 19.06 one), even though that they theoretically could simply take the marketplace down for a few minutes to conduct the required changes (new market allows this). Silver for all of the old premium packages pre-orders was returned via in-game mail.
