Information regarding forts removal due to Node/Occupation wars reorganization
During 2019.04.01 Maintenance all Forts/Field HQs/Command Posts will be deleted. Guilds that had their buildings deleted during the maintenance will receive a compensation in a form of total Guild Silver spent on removed buildings. Buildings that were already used in war will not be eligible for refund.

Devs have added replacements for removed Alchemy/Cooking Boxes:

• Taboo Reagent
  Reagent that can be rarely inadvertently synthesized from doing alchemy without known manufacturing method. People that drank this mysterious reagent developed problems with their health and were prohibited to drink it again. Stella has been experimenting with herbs that respond to Taboo Reagent and produce an antidote. Stella has a lack of research materials, so he will be pleased if you'll bring it to him.

Is this the same lie and truth event as in 2019?

Yes and no. The concept is the same, but only 2 quests are duplicates from the previous year.
In case you've asked because you think about using previous year data, then I would not advice to rely on it, even for those 2 duplicate quests. That said - there might be some players that will think that way and will vote contrary to what people voted previous year...or for it, kinda hard to guess what everyone thinks about it, isn't it?
