[JP] Regarding Kzarka not appearing

If you're unaware - normal Kzarka doesn't spawn (all other bosses respawn on time), which is quite clearly caused by however Nightmares Causing Kzarka, that by the way spawns on time, event was wired-up to the bosses respawn schedule. Instead of fixing it, either devs or GMs have come up with this solution (though they might fix it before next maintenance as well, who knows):

Nightmares Causing Kzarka will appear with 100% chance 2 additional times on:
Yes it will spawn alongside Karanda and Kutum, so there will be 3 bosses at the same time.
