Patch does not always relate to what you can see directly in the game or what GMs announce, and you can't really relate size of the patch to the amount of content, for example fixing small details on a few costumes can heavily increase the patch size, while using already existing models for a few hundred quests won't. This time there is a hidden Shepherd Boy's questline, with rewards and title for completion, that will probably start off with that coupon from the notes. Devs are also adding new trade items for quite a few patches already and renaming/reworking them in the following patches (rework of Trading rework). Also they added Taebaek costumes, that will probably be held off until the Country of Morning release, and that's all that was added with some-kind of relation to the Country of Morning (although they have added few things with previous patches, we don't have most of that content available on KR in our clients yet).
