So as the title says 2nd CBT has just started as was previously stated. There is no confirmation whether all of previously stated changes were made for this CBT, as well as no confirmation for any non-Korean publisher.

I'll disappoint you - devs stated that they won't add any flying mount, whatsoever, your char won't be able to fly either. As it was said, it will mess up all game mechanics and so more likely they will never add it.
