BDO - How do I make a high fail stacks?

Cursor movement is not required, window movement is not required, to skip or not is not required either - that was just a good presentation for video, not some voodoo magic.
I have blown quite a few top accessories...but I actually try to upgrade them ^^, not making fail stacks on them (for me it would be cheaper to buy them, if people would actually sell them).
