As far as I know they're already working on localizing English version, but I don't think that even CBT is going to happen this year, most likely in 2014 Q1 or Q2 if they haven't found that many bugs in Korean version, and OBT might come closer to the end of 2014. Note that this ain't based on any official replies/posts but solely on my opinion.
