『黒い砂漠』をお楽しみ頂いている皆様、
新年、明けましておめでとうございます！
昨年は皆様に多大なるご厚情を賜り、誠にありがとうございました。
2015/5/8(金)、日本にてオープンサービスを開始致しました『黒い砂漠』は、
早くも1年半以上の月日が経ち、この度、2度目の新年を迎えることができました。
2016年、ウォーリアの覚醒アップデートを筆頭に、
全12クラスの覚醒、バレンシア地域のエリア拡張、海洋コンテンツの導入等、大きなコンテンツと共に、
メガサーバー化やオルビアチャンネルの導入、スキルバランスの調整や仕様調整など
数多くのUPDATEを重ね、ときにはその変化にご不便をおかけしてましたことや、
更新プログラム容量のご負担、予期せぬ不具合等により、
ご迷惑をおかけ致しましたことを、お詫び申し上げます。
また、兼ねてからご案内させて頂いております、
毎日00:20頃に発生しております通信遅延におきましても、
継続して調査致しておりますが、多くのお時間を頂戴しておりますこと、
現在も引き続きご迷惑をおかけしておりますことを、改めてお詫び申し上げます。
上記のように様々な問題を抱えております一方、
2017年を無事に迎え、当ご挨拶を皆様にさせて頂けましたこと
そして、引き続き皆様に『黒い砂漠』をお楽しみ頂き、
