We have experienced a 40 min downtime. As of now I'm awaiting the reply of the host regarding the cause.
The host doesn't want to share any info regarding the issue, so as of now I have no idea what has happened on their end and whether we should expect a similar issues in the future.
Finally got the proper reply. The issue was caused by the network unit, that was fixed in unspecified way and shouldn't cause any more issues.
