Firstly maintenance was extended, then apparently GMs applied some changes to the official website and...broke it
Game server was opened and you should be able to start the game through our 2nd official website, while the 1st one is broken.
After some time:
Site is back. GMs have extended time for some of the durational cash shop items by 2 hours and sent Full-hearted Box III x1 to everyone who has logged in at least once between 2018.10.31 Maintenance and 2018.11.07 Maintenance into their mailbox, as an apology, it can be received until 2018.11.14 23:59.
