Can't give you a 100% guarantee, but from what I know - Necklace will be coming next (no signs of rings and belts yet). The exact exchange details are not known yet, but it seems like it will be exchangeable on High III: Ogre Ring (not Dynamic V: Capotia Necklace).
As for the enhancement materials - forget about saving those, necklace will have its own one, so the only thing you can prepare is you yourself or your PC to keep your character online in the upcoming days.
That's basically all of the half-confirmed info I can give you at the moment.
