Unofficial Notes:
With the removal of DirectX11 PA officially killed any workaround for OSes that don't support DX12. Technically it's still possible, albeit quite difficult, but I don't think there is a good workaround without getting banned. Realistic options to continue playing the game are either change OS or Dual-boot/Virtual.
P.S. Also expect some bugs due to this change, the first one was already fixed in patch #2
